Neva polymer St040Н360

  • The protective film is designed to protect metal, incl. with polymer coating. Due to a specially selected adhesive layer, the film provides easy removal from the protected surface during operation in high temperature ranges. The reinforced structure of the film in both the longitudinal and transverse directions makes it easy to dismantle.

Special Features Neva Polymer St040Н360:

  • Heat resistance;
  • UV protection - optional;
  • High mechanical performance;
  • Resistance to damage due to mechanical stress

Determination of peeling adhesion according to ASTM D 3330

  • Stainless steel plate Aisi 430
  • Sample width 25 mm
  • Test speed 300 mm / min
  • Test time 1 min after lamination with a roller, weight 2.40 kg
  • On request, data are provided 20 min, 24 hours, loaded with a weight of up to 5 kg per 1 cm2
  • Adhesion force is the force required to remove self-adhesive material applied to a standard check plate under specified conditions, from that plate at a specific angle and at a specific speed.

* Elongation at break characterizes the change in the initial length of the film when stretched to the moment of rupture.

* Tensile Strength: The maximum load per unit of width observed during a test in which the specimen is stretched to break.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The film is applied in production and must be removed after installation.

The film is applied to the protected surface both manually and mechanically. For mechanical application to the surface - the lines must be equipped with a special roller system for applying the film before the material is shaped and cut.

Before use, the film is kept for at least 3 hours at a temperature of 15 - 30 ° C. Remove the label from the roll immediately before using the film and store it until the end of the roll.

The film must be applied without wrinkles and air bubbles to avoid problems during further surface treatment or transportation of the finished product.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS

  • The surface must be clean and dry;
  • Adjust the film tension while unwinding to prevent wrinkles and bubbles. Use a banana tree. The buyer must independently choose the best lamination conditions.

It is recommended to carry out lamination at temperatures from +15 to + 40 degrees. WITH

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

The film is transported by any type of covered transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for a specific type of transport. Transportation conditions are in accordance with GOST 15150.

The film should be stored in closed dry rooms, excluding direct sunlight, at a distance of at least 1 m from heating devices. Store in its original packaging at a temperature of 15-25 ° C and a relative humidity of 40-60%.

It is not allowed to store the film with organic solvents, flammable and combustible liquids, acids, chemicals and other aggressive media.

The film should be removed no more than a year from the date of lamination, or after 3 months if the product was exposed to natural factors and provided there was no direct contact with water.
